Nordisk Panorama has put out the call for the submission of projects for this year’s Forum and Work in Progress sessions.
NP FORUM
NP Forum is the main funding event for the Nordic documentary community and has been a vital part of Nordisk Panorama since 1994, organisers note.
The 32th edition takes place Sunday-Tuesday 21-23 September and invites independent documentary projects at all stages, from Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
24 projects will be selected for public pitching Monday and Tuesday (22 and 23 September). Producers looking for meetings with decision-makers can also apply with a project as observer+. A maximum of 24 observer+ projects will be selected. Individual meetings between selected projects and decision-makers will be scheduled by the forum team and take place in the afternoons.

WORK IN PROGRESS
Work in Progress is part of Nordisk Panorama Market. It presents six documentary projects near to completion and therefore almost ready to make it onto the world stage.
The projects are presented to international and Nordic decision-makers during a tailor-made event, created to make sure that each project benefits the most from the presentation. The presentations are followed by consecutive one-to-one meetings in the afternoon.
The Work in Progress presentations follow up on former Nordisk Panorama Forum pitches and pitches at other fora around the world. All projects presented are looking for a last push to be finalized, a sales agent/distributor or festival premiere.

Applications for Nordisk Panorama Forum and Work in Progress can be submitted here.
Projects fitting the eligibility criteria are welcome to apply to both Nordisk Panorama Forum and Work in Progress.
