The leading Swiss doc fest Visions du Réel has announced a first deadline of November 8 both for films of all lengths which are finished as of October 2021, as well as Industry projects ready for submission. The second deadline will be 17 December. The call for entries opens September 2.
Visions du Réel is looking for films of any length (short, medium and feature length) for Official Selection which comprises:

Grand Angle
Latitudes
“The aim of Visions du Réel, International Film Festival Nyon, is to present films that, through their formal and aesthetic choices, provide personal and singular expressions and descriptions of past, present or future realities, freely interpreting the very definition of non-fiction filmmaking and its implementation,” says the festival.
The festival is also looking for projects of feature length films at every stage of production for the VdR–Industry programme. Projects are presented in VdR–Industry for the first time at their current stage:
