Twenty international delegations have signed up for CPH:INDUSTRY 2025, the festival announced January 23.
During the Meet the Delegations – Presentations & Networking Roundtables event focusing on international co-productions, delegation organizers will “offer an insight into co-production possibilities with their respective territories,” while a variety of documentary projects in development brought by delegation members are shared in the format of curated networking roundtables, looking for co-producing partners and other collaborators, the festival writes.
“The program of each delegation is tailored to the specific needs of its members. Prior to the festival, delegation organizers can choose to offer their delegates individual mentorship, guiding producers through the CPH:INDUSTRY programme, the international marketplace at large, and connecting them with relevant people and institutions,” the festival adds.
Delegation members will also have “exclusive access” to Delegation Decision Maker Roundtables connecting participating producers with film financiers, broadcasters, sales agents, art curators, galleries, established international producers and impact bodies’ representatives, participating in the Industry programme.

CPH:DOX also announced first speakers for its INTRO:DOX programme, taking place March 23 an 24 and which offers interactive introductory sessions for talents working on their first or second non-fiction feature.
The sessions will be hosted by Frank Piasecki Poulsen, director, producer, and dramaturgical consultant, alongside Mara Gourd-Mercado, Head of Industry & Training at CPH:DOX, and Mads Mikkelsen, Head of Programme at CPH:DOX. Martijn te Pas, programmer and documentary consultant from e u R O P E doconsultancy, will join the lineup, alongside Kim Christiansen, Executive Producer of Documentaries and Co-productions at DR Sales, and Jane Mote, editorial consultant for The Whickers.
“The program will culminate in a special event combining networking and celebration, as established industry representatives serve as bartenders during a casual and festive breakthrough drink, highlighting the importance of emerging talent and shifting the power dynamics in the industry,” write organisers. “This session will provide a unique opportunity for upcoming talents to build their networks and connect with experienced professionals in a relaxed setting.”
