The 19th edition of Doclisboa will take place between the 21st and the 31st of October, 2021. Film submissions for this edition can be up to midnight on June 30 2021.
National and international films, produced from September 2020, of any length, can be submitted. Regardless of the date of submission in any category, the film screeners can be sent to the festival until the 30th June 2021.

June 30 also marks the final date for submissions to Doclisboa’s Nebulae pitch sessions, scheduled during the festival’s dates. The programme is open exclusively this year to projects by Croatian filmmakers, Croatian productions and/or co-productions. Project submission is free of charge.
Meanwhile, registrations are open for FIPADOC, which will take place from 17 to 23 January 2022, which includes competitions and several prizes awarded among a proposal of almost 200 films: short, medium and feature-length films, documentaries or series, VR, for all screens and all types of narratives, the festival notes.
